Is this a real amethyst or lab-created?
This is a genuine natural amethyst — untreated and unenhanced, hand-selected through JewelHub's gemstone trade connections in India. It is not lab-created, synthetic, or colour-enhanced.
Is the silver genuine 925?
Yes. The band is solid 925 sterling silver, hallmarked S925 on the inner shank — visible in our product photos. This is the same purity standard used in fine jewellery.
How does the adjustable band work? Will it stay in place?
The open-shank design lets you gently press the band slightly inward or outward to fit your finger. Once adjusted, it holds its shape through normal wear. We recommend adjusting slowly and not over-widening, as repeated large adjustments can stress the metal.
What sizes does it fit?
The ring starts at 17mm inner diameter (approximately UK M / US 6.5 / EU 52) and adjusts to fit comfortably up to approximately UK O / US 7.5 / EU 55. It is best suited to medium finger sizes.
Will the silver tarnish?
All sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time, particularly with exposure to moisture, perfume, or sweat. To keep it bright, store in a dry pouch when not wearing, avoid contact with lotions and chemicals, and polish gently with a silver cloth. Tarnish is fully reversible and does not affect the quality of the metal.
