999 Fine Silver Mini Blossom Band Ring - 2.5mm - Adjustable M-O
Mini Blossom Band Ring – The Slim Version, in 999 Fine Silver
The same continuous row of blossoms as our wider band, drawn at 2.5mm and 0.9g. At that scale the flowers become a fine decorative edge rather than the main event, which is precisely what makes the ring useful – it adds texture to a stack without taking the lead. The metal is 999 fine silver at 99.9% purity, brighter and whiter than sterling, in a matt finish that keeps the tiny petals readable.
The band is open at the back and flexes across roughly UK M to O. This is the piece to reach for if you like the idea of a patterned ring but wear other rings on the same finger, or if you are buying for someone whose size you are not certain of. Guidance on giving jewellery without knowing the size is in JewelGift™.

Miniature is not the same as lesser. Georgian and Victorian jewellers made tiny floral bands specifically as keeper rings – worn beside a more important one to hold it in place and quietly stand for constancy. That is still the most natural way to wear this: as the ring that supports another. A gentle gift for her when the message is steadiness rather than spectacle. This ring is stamped 足银 999, the Chinese mark for fine silver. 925 (also written S925 or Ag925) is sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver with 7.5% copper added for hardness, which is why it holds a ring shape without bending. 足银 999 is fine silver at 99.9% pure – brighter, softer and warmer in tone. Both are real silver; the difference is durability, not authenticity. We explain the marks in full in our 925 vs S925 guide, and day-to-day care lives on the Silver Care Card.
FAQs
1. What does 足银 999 mean on a ring?
It is the Chinese mark for fine silver – 99.9% pure, as against the 92.5% of sterling. Purer silver is whiter and brighter, and also softer. Our 925 vs S925 guide explains how the marks compare.
2. Is 0.9g too light to be real silver?
No – weight reflects size, not authenticity. At 2.5mm wide there is simply less metal here than in a broad band. The stamp records the purity, and UK hallmarking is not required below 7.78g, so a light silver ring without a hallmark is entirely normal.
3. Can I wear it with my other rings?
That is what it is for. The slim profile sits flush against a plain band or a wider patterned one without crowding it. See JewelBuild™ for how we think about layering pieces together.
4. How should I store it?
Flat, dry, and away from other pieces that could press against the band – a soft pouch or a lined box is ideal. Anti-tarnish strips help. The Silver Care Card has the full routine.
How to Style the Mini Blossom Band Ring
Wear two or three together on the same finger, or use one as a spacer between plainer bands so the texture reads as a line rather than a block. It also works on the little finger, where the 2.5mm width sits in proportion. Browse the 925 Sterling Silver collection and the full Rings range, or start at JewelBuild™.

Caring for Your 925 Sterling Silver Piece

| Cleaning | Soft silver polishing cloth or mild soap and warm water, dry immediately |
