925 Silver Natural Aquamarine Ring — Pear Cut Cubic Zirconia Halo 4.44ct
Natural Aquamarine Ring in 925 Silver — Pear Cut with Cubic Zirconia Halo
A luminous pear-cut natural aquamarine — 8×12mm, approximately 4.44 carats — set at the centre of a full halo of 20 brilliant-cut cubic zirconia stones, mounted on a solid 925 sterling silver split band. The stone's vivid sky-blue carries a clarity and transparency that catches light effortlessly, and the pear shape adds a directional elegance that makes the ring feel both contemporary and timeless. At 3.43 grams total, it balances presence with wearability. The adjustable open band fits most finger sizes without resizing.
✦ A stone with a story. This aquamarine was hand-selected through JewelHub's gemstone trade connections in India — sourced through decades of relationships rooted in Hong Kong Jade House, a family jewellery business with generations of gemstone expertise. Every stone in this collection has been chosen by eye, not algorithm.

Questions & Answers
Is the aquamarine natural or synthetic?
The centre stone is a genuine natural aquamarine — untreated and unenhanced, hand-selected through JewelHub's gemstone trade connections in India. It is not lab-created or colour-enhanced. The 20 surrounding halo stones are cubic zirconia (CZ), which are clearly stated — not diamonds.
Can I get a gemstone certificate for this ring?
Yes — optional third-party gemstone certification is available on request. Please contact us after purchase if you would like to arrange this. Certification independently verifies the stone's natural origin, species, and quality characteristics.
What direction should the pear face — tip up or tip down?
There is no rule — both work. Tip pointing toward the fingernail (upward) is the more traditional orientation and tends to elongate the finger. Tip pointing toward the hand (downward) gives a more modern, unconventional look. Wear it whichever way feels right to you.
Is the silver genuine 925?
Yes. The band is solid 925 sterling silver, hallmarked S925 on the inner shank. This is the same purity standard used in fine jewellery and meets UK assay standards.
How does the adjustable band work?
The open-shank design lets you gently press the band inward or outward to fit your finger. It starts at approximately UK M and adjusts to fit up to UK O. Adjust slowly and avoid over-widening repeatedly, as this can stress the metal at the opening over time.
Is this suitable as a gift?
Yes — aquamarine is the birthstone for March and is associated with calm, clarity, and courage, making it a meaningful gift for birthdays or anniversaries. Every JewelHub order includes a JewelGift™ surprise at no extra cost. See our gifting packaging options here.
How should I care for this ring?
Clean gently with a soft damp cloth. Aquamarine sits at Mohs 7.5–8 — harder than amethyst and suitable for daily wear, but can still chip if knocked sharply. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless confirmed safe. The cubic zirconia halo stones can dull with soap residue — rinse gently and dry thoroughly. Store in a pouch to protect both the stone and the silver finish.

Natural gemstones may show minor inclusions — a mark of authenticity, not a defect. Cubic zirconia halo stones may dull over time — clean gently with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Caring for Your 925 Sterling Silver Piece
925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver — a precious metal that develops a natural patina over time. With regular gentle care it stays bright and lustrous for years.
| Daily wear | Remove before showering, swimming, and exercise where possible |
| Tarnish | Natural and normal — polish with a silver cloth to restore shine |
| Cleaning | Soft silver polishing cloth or mild soap and warm water, dry immediately |
| Storage | Store in an airtight pouch or zip bag — air causes tarnishing |
| Avoid | Chlorine, saltwater, perfume, hairspray, and rubber |
