Crystal Anchor Charm - Gold Stainless Steel - 15x18.5mm
An Anchor With the Rope Still On It
An anchor in gold-tone stainless steel with a rope coiled round the shank and looping across the flukes, the whole of it pave-set with around twenty small clear crystals - along the stock, down the shank and through the rope. The flukes and the ring at the top are left plain gold, which stops it reading as one solid block of sparkle.
It measures 15mm wide by 18.5mm tall and weighs 1.33g, so it carries a lot of stones for very little weight. The reverse is plain polished gold following the anchor silhouette.

Choose Charm only to add it to a bracelet you already own. Charm + Clasp adds a small lobster clasp so it clips straight on - no pliers, no open links - and it works just as well on a bag, a zip pull, a keyring or a watch strap. Charm + Gold Bracelet or Charm + Silver Bracelet pairs it with our Gold or Silver Paperclip Chain Bracelet - fine-gauge stainless steel, adjustable from 16cm to 20cm. Bought as a set they cost 30% less than buying separately.
The anchor was a Christian symbol before it was a nautical one - early Roman catacombs carry it as a disguised cross, safe to scratch on a wall when a plain cross was not. Hebrews describes hope as an anchor of the soul, and that reading stuck: the anchor means holding fast rather than sailing away. Sailors adopted it much later. A gift for her who is the steady one. Pave means many small stones in shallow cups, each one glue-set. Showers, swimming pools, hot tubs and ultrasonic cleaners attack the adhesive rather than the crystals - take it off before water. Clean with a dry soft cloth or a soft dry brush along the rope, and never soak it. Full guidance at our Stainless Steel Care Card and the JewelCare™ hub.
FAQs
1. Are these diamonds?
No. Around twenty clear crystals - glue-set rhinestones, not diamonds and not cubic zirconia.
2. Can the back be engraved?
No. The reverse is smooth polished gold, but it follows the anchor silhouette rather than being a flat panel, so there is nothing to cut into. The Pave Arch (IHSMC069) is the engravable piece.
3. What does an anchor mean?
Hope and holding fast - it was an early Christian symbol before it became a sailor's one. More at our JewelMotif™ page.
4. Is it fragile with that many stones?
Not in ordinary wear. Treat water as the enemy rather than knocks: keep it out of showers, pools and ultrasonic cleaners and it stays full. Guidance at JewelCare™.
5. Does it arrive gift-ready?
Yes - every order is packed to give. See JewelGift™.
How to Style the Anchor
A busy charm, so it wants plain neighbours - one bright piece per wrist is usually enough. It pairs naturally with the Sailboat (IHSMC085) if you want the nautical pair. Hang it on a DuoTone™ or FortunaLink™ bracelet, browse the whole MiniCharm™ range, or start your stack at JewelBuild™.
