Your answers choose the charm

Two questions, six possible symbols: star, key, butterfly, flower, heart or leaf. The first question asks where you are at the moment. The second asks how you picture things shifting. Between them they land on one charm, and that is the one packed and posted to you. Nothing is shuffled after the fact. If you would rather assemble a stack yourself, piece by piece, that is what JewelBuild™ is for.

How is my charm decided?
By your two answers, not by chance. The first question narrows the six symbols to a pair; the second picks one of that pair. The same two answers always give the same charm, so there is nothing random in it.

Will my charm look exactly like the photo?
The symbol will. The finish may not. Each of the six symbols comes in several styles — silver, gold, enamel, open outline — and which one is in your envelope varies with what is packed that week.

Can I swap it for a different symbol afterwards?
The set is packed against the answers you gave, so it is not changed once claimed. If you want to choose a symbol outright, the individual charms sit in MiniCharm™ Story Layer and you can pick the one you are after.

Where do I take the quiz?
It appears on the JewelHub™ blog posts, and there is a copy of it on JewelFreebies™. Two questions, then a claim link.

Can I get this outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. The set itself is free wherever you are. UK postage is free; orders to Europe and the rest of the world have postage added at checkout, and you will see the amount before you confirm.

Will the charm come off the cord?
It is attached by a jump ring, so it lifts off if you want to move it. That is how the stack-and-swap system works — one charm can travel between several bracelets.

Is zinc alloy suitable for sensitive skin?
Zinc alloy is a base metal. Most people wear it without trouble, but if you react to costume jewellery you may prefer stainless steel or 925 sterling silver.

Does the cord fit a child?
The extender chain gives some adjustment, but this is sized for an adult wrist. It is not intended for young children.

Can I order more than one?
One per household. Stock is limited and released in small batches.

How is it posted?
Flat, in a padded envelope. Royal Mail 2nd Class within the United Kingdom; tracked or standard international service elsewhere.
