Crystal Tummy Bear Charm - One Paw Up, and a Sparkling Middle

This is the bear that waves. One arm is raised in greeting while the other rests at its side, and the long jointed limbs give it the loose, dangling posture of a well-loved toy held by the hand. It is the tallest bear we make - 22.2mm from ears to feet, 12mm across and 6.2mm deep, at 3.8g in gold-tone stainless steel.

Almost all of it is polished smooth. The sparkle is concentrated in one place: a small pave panel of around 12 clear crystals set across the tummy, exactly where a soft toy would have a lighter patch of fur. That restraint is what makes it work - the eye goes straight to the middle of the piece, and the rest stays warm gold. 1. Are these real diamonds?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. These are clear crystal stones, individually set - the same technique used for fine pave, with a costume stone. The honesty is so you know exactly what you are buying and how to care for it.

2. Why so few stones compared with your other bears?
Deliberately. A fully encrusted charm makes a different statement from one where the sparkle sits in a single panel. Here the polished gold carries the shape and the tummy provides the highlight, which keeps the piece wearable with everything rather than only with an occasion.

3. Does it react to a magnet?

4. How does it attach?
