A Teapot Wearing a Band of Crystals
A rounded teapot in gold-tone stainless steel with a curved spout, a loop handle and a domed lid with a knob. Two bands of clear crystals circle the belly of the pot.
At 4.98g and 11.6mm deep it is a full three-dimensional teapot rather than a flat shape. The reverse is plain polished gold with no stones.

The crystals are glue-set into shallow cups. Showers, swimming pools, hot tubs and ultrasonic cleaners all attack the adhesive rather than the stones - take it off before water and clean with a dry soft cloth. 1. How many crystals are there?
Fourteen clear crystals, 2mm each, in two bands round the front of the pot.
2. Is the back set too?
No. The reverse is plain polished gold with no stones.
3. Is it heavy?
At 4.98g it has some weight, so it suits a bracelet with a few lighter charms.
4. Will it tarnish?
No. Stainless steel does not tarnish, rust or turn skin green, and the gold tone is a plated finish over that stainless steel core rather than a lacquer that can peel.
