Twenty Stones on a Disc the Size of a Pea
A small round disc in gold-tone stainless steel, pave-set right across the face in concentric rings - around fourteen blue crystals round the outside, six clear ones inside them, and a single blue stone at the centre. The setting is flush and the metal barely shows, so the charm reads as colour rather than as jewellery with colour on it.
It measures 9.9mm wide by 11.7mm tall and only 1.6mm thick, which is what keeps it to 0.72g - light for something carrying twenty stones. The reverse is plain polished gold with nothing on it.

Every stone is glue-set into a shallow cup, and on a disc this small they sit very close together - so showers, swimming pools, hot tubs and ultrasonic cleaners are all off-limits, since they attack the adhesive rather than the crystals. 1. Are these sapphires?
No. They are blue and clear crystals - glue-set rhinestones, not sapphires, not diamonds and not cubic zirconia. Around twenty of them across a face under 10mm wide.
2. Can the back be engraved?
It is a plain flat polished gold panel, but at 9.9 by 11.7mm there is only room for two initials at most. The Pave Arch (IHSMC069) is the piece with a proper engraving face.
3. Will the blue fade?
The colour is in the crystal itself rather than a coating, so it will not wash out. What can dull it is a film of hand cream or soap sitting in the settings - a soft dry brush lifts that.
4. Is 0.72g too light?
That is the point of it: twenty stones on a charm you barely feel on an already loaded bracelet.
