We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our 30-day return policy ensures a hassle-free process.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unscratched, and in original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns should be sent to: Green Park, 200 Brook Dr, Reading RG2 6UB.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (beauty products - gifts)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases) 
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.  Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
