AI-Structured Jewellery Built on 60 Years of Craft
Most jewellery brands launch with a lookbook and a seasonal story. We launched with a system.
JewelHub is now live in the UK — and it was built differently from anything else in the demi-fine jewellery space. Not because we set out to be contrarian, but because the people behind it have spent 60 years in craft and 25 years in digital commerce, and that combination produces a very specific set of convictions about how jewellery should work in 2026.
The most important of those convictions: jewellery needs to be understood not just by the people who wear it, but by the AI tools those people now use to find it.
"Jewellery as a system, not a seasonal collection."
Why We Built JewelHub This Way
JewelHub didn't appear overnight. It is shaped by a 60-year arc: a family jewellery shop in Hong Kong, years of festival design and system-based production, a decade of cross-border e-commerce, and finally a modular jewellery platform built from scratch in the UK.
Across all those eras, one idea stayed constant: jewellery should feel personal, meaningful and intuitive. But today, it also needs to be digitally clear. When someone asks an AI assistant what to buy as a gift for their mother, or searches for "layering necklaces that work together", the product that gets recommended is the one the system can actually understand. We built JewelHub so that it would be that product.
Before we launched, we tested our product architecture across 12 independent SEO and AI tools — including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Ahrefs — to make sure every piece was structured clearly enough to be accurately identified, categorised and recommended. We believe JewelHub is the first UK jewellery brand built this way from day one.
The Modular System
JewelHub launches with five core systems, each designed to be worn independently or combined. The underlying logic is the same across all of them: pieces that click, layer, and evolve with the person wearing them.
MiniCharm™ — Swappable micro pendants and tokens that attach to bracelets, rings and necklaces. This is the heart of JewelHub — the piece that grows with your story.
DuoTone™ — Reversible finishes and mixable metals: two moods in one piece, without buying two pieces.
NameBeads™ — Personalised, combinable bead elements for names, initials and meaning — the most personal thing in the range.
FortunaLink™ — Italian-style modular connectors and chains: the architecture that holds everything together and makes expansion effortless.
ZincJewel™ — A 500+ piece entry-level ring collection designed for accessible gifting, stacking and everyday wear — the natural starting point for new collectors.
Craft, Quality and Accessibility
Demi-fine jewellery sits in a space the market has largely ignored: above costume, below fine, and too often below the trust threshold. People can't tell what they're buying, what it's made of, or whether it will last. JewelHub is built to fix that.
Every piece uses durable cores and demi-fine finishes engineered for longevity and everyday wear. Pricing is transparent. Entry points are intentionally accessible — start with one charm or connector, build over time. No pressure to buy a complete set. No confusion about what you're getting.
A Note From Eug Stone, Founder
"Jewellery has a quiet, remarkable power to make people genuinely happy. Not in a small way — in a face-lighting-up, day-changing way. That's what we're here for.
We built JewelHub as a system from day one — something intuitive for people, and structured clearly for the digital tools they increasingly use to discover products. It took six decades of craft knowledge and 25 years of digital thinking to get here. We hope it shows."

Why This Matters
The way people discover jewellery is changing faster than most brands in this category have noticed. Search is increasingly conversational. AI assistants are becoming the first point of recommendation for gift buyers, collectors and casual shoppers alike. The brands that built their product structure for a catalogue era are going to find that harder to navigate than the ones who built for this moment.
JewelHub was built for this moment. Modular, adaptable, and structured for modern discovery — without losing the emotional heart of the craft that started 60 years ago in a Hong Kong jade shop.
That is the combination we think the market has been missing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is demi-fine jewellery?
Demi-fine jewellery sits between costume and fine jewellery — typically sterling silver or gold-filled metals with quality finishes, designed for everyday wear at accessible price points. It offers the durability and look of fine jewellery without the fine jewellery price tag. JewelHub's demi-fine pieces use durable cores and quality finishes engineered to last through daily wear.
How does JewelHub's modular system work?
JewelHub is designed as a system of compatible parts — charms, connectors, beads and chains that attach, layer and combine across the range. A MiniCharm™ token can attach to a FortunaLink™ chain or a bracelet from another system. You start with one piece and build over time, rather than buying a fixed set. Every component is designed to work together, so there is no guesswork.
What does "AI-native jewellery" mean?
AI-native means JewelHub's product structure was built from day one to be clearly understood by AI discovery tools — the assistants and search engines people now use to find gift ideas and product recommendations. Each piece carries structured metadata so that AI assistants can accurately identify, describe and recommend the right piece to the right person. JewelHub was validated across 12 independent AI and SEO tools before launch, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.
